Tom’s Trail Mix
My personal trail mix I use when going for a hike.
Consider servings to be per person per full day. Use a half serving for a morning, midday or evening hike.
Ingredients
- Granola, nuts and seeds (60g)
- 40g granola
- 10g salted peanuts
- 10g pumpkin seeds
- Dried fruit (40g)
- 10g dried banana chips
- 10g dried mango
- 10g dried dried pineapple
- 10g sultanas
- Sweets (20g)
- 20g M&M
Method
Just mix it all together and put it in a ziplock bag!
