Healthy toddler oat bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of porridge oats
  • Tin of peaches
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180C (fan oven).
2. Drain the tin of peaches and mash in a bowl.
3. Add the cup of porridge oats and mix together.
4. Add the peanut butter and mix together well.
5. Pour into a baking tin.
6. Bake at 180C for 30 mins until the top is golden and crispy.
7. Allow to cool and cut into bars. Freeze if required.
