Healthy oat flapjacks
Ingredients
- 4 medium bananas
- 2 eggs
- 200g chopped dates
- 380g porridge oats
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180c.
2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
3. Add the eggs and chopped dates and combine together.
4. Add the porridge oats and salt and mix together.
5. Line a rectangular baking tray with baking paper.
6. Pour the mixture into the tray making sure it is flat and compact.
7. Bake for 20 mins.
8. All to cools before cutting into squares.
9. Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
