Easy lemon and herb cous cous

  • 100g cous cous
  • 150g vegetable stock made with one stock cube
  • 1 tablespoon mixed herbs
  • 1/4 lemon (or a tablespoon of lemon juice)


1. Make up the vegetable stock

2. Add the cous cous and herbs

3. Leave stand for 10 minutes to allow cous cous to absorb rice

4. Separate with a fork and mix lemon juice into cous cous

5. Serve with salad
